Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on the takaba platform, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Bangladesh. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration — providing false information may result in account suspension or termination. Each user may only maintain one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Platform Usage Rules

Takaba is an entertainment-focused mobile sports and casino-style platform designed for users in Bangladesh. Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and must be completed through the designated payment methods. After a deposit is made, funds are generally credited to the account instantly, though in some cases verification may take additional time. Withdrawal requests may take up to 72 hours to process, and withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed. If money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected, the transaction will be suspended and the relevant authorities will be notified. Account Closure & Termination

You may request to close your account at any time, and takaba will action this within a reasonable timeframe. Likewise, takaba reserves the right to close any account due to violations of the terms, fraudulent activity, or legal reasons. Upon account closure, the process of returning any remaining valid balance will be initiated, though this may be placed on hold in cases under investigation. Bonus or promotional credits will be considered void at the time of account closure. Relevant sections of these terms will remain in effect even after account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
